Beech Hall School pupil and talented golf star, Austin O’Connor (11), is celebrating exceptional sporting success as he recently secured a much-coveted 4th place position in the prestigious Men’s Seniors competition at Macclesfield Golf Club.
Austin brought his a-game to the fairway, battling it out amongst 125 gifted players in the tournament to achieve the enviable finish. The young golfer, who now has a highly-impressive handicap of 19.2, is the youngest player in history to play in the Men’s Seniors competition at the club.

As the youngest player in the club’s history to break into the senior competition, Austin is an inspiration and certainly one to look out for in the future.
