Who are Central Urban Living?

We are a luxury but affordable student and young professional letting agent based in Chester. We know the modern student lifestyle and we know how important choosing the right house can be, which is why we are proud to say we have some of the very best student properties in Chester!

Due to our close links with ambassadors at the University and the Stunii app we must ensure our service and all our properties are 5*! To put it simply we make sure we look after our properties, our tenants and our landlords!

In light of the COVID Pandemic, what actions are Central Urban Living taking?
Our sole focus is to help our tenants feel safe and secure whilst supporting them in every way we can during these difficult times.

Whilst not only providing digital/remote viewings of each accommodation, we also provide a 1 to 1 - distanced viewing with a dedicated site manager to allow people to gain a full insight to their property before they move in, in a manner that suits them. We also have the incredible initiative to remove all deposits required and are providing the first month of residency totally free of charge as we understand that students will be travelling away from their family home, with so many extra issues to take care of, we understand that the last thing they need is more money troubles on top of everything else.

Having monitored the national and international situation around COVID-19 carefully, we have been implementing the guidance of PHE and other expert authorities as closely as possible to ensure the wellbeing of our audience and partners alike.

We have also introduced a range of measures to help keep you safe while you live with us, from anti-bac sanitising stations to remote refuse systems and more. We want to ensure that everyone has the practical advice and assistance they need to do what's right, but also that they feel fully supported by the people around them. While we can't give medical advice, our team - including our dedicated Site Managers - are on-hand via their property-specific email address and FaceTime.
