A leading residential park home provider has pledged its support to a local rugby football club close to one of its parks.

Serenity Parks, has sponsored a team at Manchester Rugby Club which is situated next to its Chester’s Croft park, in the leafy Cheshire suburb of Cheadle Hulme.

“We are very pleased to offer our support to the club and one of its many teams this season,” said Marie Hanby Marketing Manager Serenity Parks. “We take great pride in creating communities where people feel part of something, very similar to the ethos of a sporting team, and this is why we chose to support this well respected local club.”

The team that has benefitted from the sponsorship is the MAKOS Academy – a combined team of Manchester and Stockport players in the U17 and U18 age group. They will be playing in the Senior Colts Raging Bull League.

“This is a well-established club in the heart of the Cheadle Hulme community which we are proud to be part of,” said Marie. “We wish the team every success for their forthcoming season.”

Training for the MAKOS team takes place on Thursday evenings and alternates between Manchester and Stockport grounds for both training and home games.
