Pupils, staff, parents, carers, families, friends and neighbours from Congleton High School, Eaton Bank Academy and all of the primary schools in Congleton and surrounding areas are invited to the Spring in a Frame 2022 Photography Competition Exhibition at Congleton High School from 3:20 - 4:20pm on Wednesday 18th May.
The photography competition, now in its second year, was launched by the CHS Science teacher, Matt Holmes, for students of Congleton High School and Eaton Bank Academy, along with pupils of all the primary schools from Congleton and surrounding areas. The children are tasked with getting out in to nature to take photographs of some of the wonderful wildlife they encounter. Once again, Mr Holmes has been delighted by all the marvellous photographs sent in of the natural world around us. You can see every one of the images submitted this year displayed in the Exhibition.
The competition winners and runners up will be announced on the night and prizes awarded. There will also be the chance for the Exhibition guests to vote for their favourite photos in the 'People's Choice' award.
The event will be a Ukraine Relief fundraiser. There will be a Wildlife Quiz you can enter to win a prize on the night, and other fundraising events. Refreshments will be available.
Everyone is welcome, hope to see you all there!
