Based on Swan Street in the centre of Wilmslow this establishment is somewhat different from your traditional pub. They brew their own unique craft beers on-site in their own microbrewery!
As well as matching every dish on their menu to a particular style of beer many of the dishes are cooked with beer.
I was invited to see how the microbrewery produced the various ranges of the craft beers which was fascinating to say the least - the Brewer certainly knows his stuff and I was certainly impressed with his passion for perfection.
Brewhouse and Kitchen is a haven for craft beer lovers and the menu would suit all tastes especially those with healthy appetites. Great all-around value and friendly service - well worth a visit even for a novice connoisseur of craft beers.
