Community websites opened

TWO new community websites are aiming to put the people of Alderley Edge and Wilmslow in the picture about where they live. Both alderleyedge.com and wilmslow.co.uk are communitydriven sites offering news, views, information, and discussion. They have been created by Focus Digital Limited in Alderley Edge and are run by husband and wife team Lisa and Martin Reeves. Lisa explained: The sites enable us to combine our passion for the area we live in with our extensive professional knowledge and experience of the internet.

“I gave up my career in publishing and the internet to be a stay at home mum. We have two daughters – aged four and two. “My husband Martin built the sites for me to run. The idea being that once our youngest daughter starts pre-school next year I will have something to keep me busy, in the meantime though I have been running the sites whilst being a full time mum.”
