Parents rejoice! Your kids loved Make & Take so much last year that Grosvenor Shopping Centre is delighted to confirm that it will be making a big return during key holiday dates in 2020.

Over four sessions up to the end of summer, children will be able to let their imaginations run wild with a whole range of activities to enjoy. The free fun kicks off again on Tuesday 18 February.

From 11am until 3pm, youngsters will be able to unleash their inner artist and get crafty within the creation zone to design their own bracelets and keyrings to proudly take away.

Local children can also look forward to producing colourful paper flowers on Thursday 28 May, as well as two sustainability-centred classes during the summer holidays in July and August.

Ed Kennedy, centre manager at Grosvenor Shopping Centre, cannot wait for the mall’s buzzing kids’ club to be back in action: “Everyone at the centre is delighted that Make & Take is making a big return this year.

“We couldn’t be happier with the reaction we got from local families last year. It proved to be a real hit with kids during the school holidays and what we can promise is that we have got some really exciting sessions planned once again.

“There will be plenty to get stuck into and enjoy, while, later in the year, we’re also going to use Make & Take to educate youngsters about sustainability, recycling, and show a handful of ways they can get creative with waste that can be re-used. Watch this space!”

Make & Take will be re-launching at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre on Tuesday 18 February. The event is free for children to enjoy and will be taking place during school holidays until the end of the summer holidays in 2020.
