Recently formed Chartered Surveyors, Roberts Vain Wilshaw continue their rapid expansion with the acquisition of new offices at Preston Brook. The business advises both occupiers and owners of commercial property on a range of issues including Business Rates, Landlord & Tenant and Agency, as well as developing a significant property data capability to drive insight and identify opportunities.
Despite being a new business the four directors worked together for up to 20 years at Altus Group and consists of ex Altus COO Richard Roberts, Vice President Paul Roberts, Senior Director and Head of NW Agency Joseph Wilshaw and Associate Director software developer Martin Vain. They are joined by Jane Marshall who was previously at North West property specialist Eileen Bilton Partnership before they were acquired by Altus in 2013. Both Paul and Richard have specialised in Business Rates for their entire careers, with Richard more focussed on empty rates issues and Paul dealing with occupied rates. Richard, Paul, Joe and Jane are well known players in the North West commercial property industry and their expertise combined with Martin’s data experience gives them a unique position in the market.
