Manchester is set to blossom as Dig The City summer festival transforms the city centre into a giant green garden party this week.
Hilton Manchester Deansgate has crafted a stunning edible garden paired with a speciality cocktail to leave onlookers green with envy in the spirit of the green-fingered event.
The experience can be enjoyed in the decadent surroundings of the hotel's restaurant, Podium, or guests can relish in the sweet treat with a gorgeous view to garnish at chic sky bar, Cloud 23 - the perfect way to end a scrumptious dinner or a day in the city.
This delight is made up of vanilla cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crumb, served in an edible white chocolate plant pot, alongside edible flowers, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and a raspberry coulis.
The accompanying cocktail is a wonderful combination of gin, bee pollen juice, apple juice, lemon sherbet fresh sage leaf flavouring and finished with a sprig of sage and bee pollen.
Once Dig The City draws to an end, and the seasons change, the ingredients will follow suit, reflecting the very best of the Hilton's seasonal produce.
